All batteries replaced and software updated but still losing 10% every 2 days when van is not in use

Last drive mine last Wednesday. Just checked this morning and mine is at 80% - 47.5 hours remaining.

Does the display go down in 10% increments?

4 days and a half not too long considering you had no consumption...same mine; i will take it to dealer today for a seventh time; on summer fridge at level 1 and no other consumption except some water pump lasted 2 days and a half from 100% to 20% ( does not charge while driving so always thinking of hooking up somewhere)

So from Friday / Saturday at 100% to 10% today (leisure batteries) with nothing switched on, sounds like another trip to van hospital is needed maybe with some screenshot evidence, it shouldn’t drain like that.
P.S. When I’ve finished my leisure battery experiment, I’ll take my Cali out of camping mode, switch everything off and monitor the battery drainage with it sitting on my drive. I also have the hybrid on a 25 plate.

So mine was doing that I can now confirm after new batterys and recall, its now holding with only minimum drain

After having it back for over a week. I can confirm its now holding the charge with only minimal drain, for ref they replaced all 3 batterys and pushed the update again, they told me the first time they tried update they dont think it worked

Yes my T5 used to slowly drain my leisures but since adding a solar panel on the roof, bingo, always topped up and ready to go! I guess T7's should have had solars fitted as standard as they aren't that expensive. Does not address the problem but prevents destroying your batts from very low voltage

Ok T7 van with with dealer again, 2nd time they had it, its a 2025 T7 ocean and 4 months old, this time they tell me they have replaced all 3 batteries and done the battery update again. I dont drive this an everyday, sometimes will be sat for a week plus, when I got the van home lesuire battery is on 100%, 2 days later lost 10%, guys what lose are you getting when not used, im so confused I thought it would be minimal the dealer tells me there is a drain inline with other calis in store, if you leave your van how much drain over 48 hours, what is draining lesuire batteries when not in use ?

Do you all have to hook up every week to charge when not in use ?

The vehicle alarm will be draining your batteries the leisure battery keeps the vehicle battery topped up.

I was losing power some time ago and found that it was caused by a plug socket that I’d left in the 240v inverter even though I wasn’t using it with devices. Just a thought.

Well that's nice, they've send you out, feeling that the problem isn't solved.

Overall, I'm not quite familiar with the T7, but these issues could not be related to a faulty DC-DC convertor?

The DC DC converter seems pretty good, with the app you can see the amount of amps going into the leisure batteries and there is a boost button on the dash, I have 300w of solar so rarely use it but I can quickly top up the leisure batteries with 130amp from the DCDC charger.

I know its on the latest software version and I'm getting it from Breeze who I know have a great reputation.

That said - will it start again after a 10 day period with no access to power? Any advice greatly received.

Yes. Select Hybrid Mode and select 50% battery. This has to be selected each time you switch on the Ignition. This means when driving 50% of the starting battery capacity will be available when you park up.
In the meantime the clever Hybrid drive will work off the battery capacity you have allowed regenerating when it can eg: downhill sections via regenerative braking or constant cruise on the flat via the IC engine.
In my Hybrid Multivan I have just driven to Denmark over 1000 miles and arrived with 50% battery capacity with no charging enroute . I have also left it at Heathrow for 2 weeks, no problem.
The only precautions I took were:
1. Switch Off internal alarm.
2. Switch Off Auto Unlock.

Isn’t it crazy that this is still a valid concern for a brand new £90k vehicle?

I’d ask the dealer you get it from in an email so you have the exchange in writing. Then when it doesn’t work you’ll at least have some come back in claiming costs back.
