As you have a T7 I'm afraid I can't help.Just about to leave site for home, but the roof won't close.
Have accessed the diagnostics and it reports error 1000, and says PRESS ESC 58 to clear.
Does anybody know how I can clear this error code?
Thanks,
Chris
The importance of having the correct vehicle information. Thanks for your responses. After faffing around changing the fuse and trying to clear the error codes, I decided to take the roof down manually.
Dylan on this forum posted an item called "Emergency Roof Closure" which I followed (excellent images) and after getting access to the screw in question it did the trick and brought the roof down, which I then secured with the tie downs. Only thing is you have to turn that screw a hell of a lot of times before the lowering springs into action.
I guess I'll be ordering the sensors now if only to stop the incessant error beeping!!
Need to update my avatar to T5.1.
Check Control Panel Diagnostics. T5/6Hi WG - is it possible to clear the error, and if so how? Thanks. I'm assuming at least one of the sensors needs replacing?

Post 6.Looking for a little help here. Having successfully lowered the roof manually, I re-tightening the hydraulic pressure release screw and put the control panel back, but on inspection this morning the roof had raised itself overnight discarding the roof ties in the process!
I tried to lower it again manually but it only came down partially, one side much lower than the other.
I'm now in the process of trying to find the connector to the pump in order to control it with a 12v lead connection, but I can't find the connector to the pump to disengage it. I've peeled away most of the orange foam I can see but still can't see it. Is it even further to the left? And if so how is it accessed as there seems to be a black plastic frame bit in the way?
Thanks.
