Grand California fridge removal

Hi
I have just bought a GC 600 and am about to go away but the fridge does not come on. I am getting an error code from the flashing lights telling me there is a temperature sensor error.

Does anyone know how to fix this? A new thermostat i guess. Also, does anyone know how to remove the fridge please?

VW cannot book me in until October.

Did you ever get an answer for this. we have fridge problems and I need to remove it so my garage can do test ?
