Battery issues -vw customer service no idea

I have a month old T7 beach, which loses about 10% charge every day from the leisure battery whilst sitting on our drive. VW customer service unable to help with this battery issue and also about what you do if I need to leave car for over two weeks on the drive ! I was expecting some support or advice but they don't know! Has anyone with similar battery drain issue over come the problem of leaving it unattended for 2 weeks or more?
Also does the alarm go off if the leisure battery runs flat?

All batteries replaced and software updated but still losing 10% every 2 days when van is not in use

Hi again Ok T7 van with with dealer again, 2nd time they had it, its a 2025 T7 ocean and 4 months old, this time they tell me they have replaced all 3 batteries and done the battery update again. I dont drive this an everyday, sometimes will be sat for a week plus, when I got the van home...
