Is there any difference or issue with connecting an alternator charger to the positive terminal and chassis ground of the rear leisure battery compared to connecting it at the front leisure battery or indeed at the starter battery? Thanks!

I believe everything grounds to chassis and my recollection is for jump starting it says to connect neg to chassis anyway, so should be fine.

Is this to charge the leisures? Not easier to just use the EHU?

Its the way I have it wired (altho not to the ground of the battery. It must be connected to the chassis to ensure the shunt is not compromised), and it works great.

Apologies, I meant the chassis ground (edited the original post to make clearer).

No, it is to charge a power station while driving (and very rarely use an EHU).
