Any ideas what this fuse does? We had a high pitched noise and tried everything this made the noise stop

Any ideas what this fuse is for? We have for 24 hrs had a high pitched noise and took this one fuse out but not sure what it is for any ideas would be really welcome as we are leaving for Belgium in the morning. It’s the blue slightly raised 15amp fuse.
