Hi, I’m currently away in Spain with our 6.1 ocean and today neither of the USB ports on the kitchen unit are working. The 3 pin plug socket is working fine but Ve neither of the 2 usb ports which are next to this are. They have been working fine up until today to charge things like phones, IPad, bike computers etc. Is this a known fault? Is there an easy way for me to fix this?
Other than the USB c ports next to the cup holder (which i think only work when the engine is on) these are the only usb ports, I think ‍♂️

Check the 15/20 amp fuses under the front passenger seat RHD.

I have more or less the same problem. In my 6.1 (2023) the USB sockets are not working, I presume that a fuse has blown. Keep in mind that my Cali is Dutch so lefthand drive. In other words the fuses are under the driver seat on the kitchen side. I add two foto's from the layout. Witch fuse is for the USB sockets, that are located on the back of my seat.?
Thanks in advance for your reply, Allard

Fuse position within the fusebox can vary depending on vehicle options, but check ALL 20 amp fuses.

Thanks a lot for your fast reply! You seem to know just about everything. Very handy now that the online manual, for what ever reason is now offline... Have you got a solution for this?

Problem solved! Replaced a 20 amp, the one next to the 10 amp...
Probable cause, i'm not 100% sure, I had a new bike carrier, the Thule Easy Fold 3 installed. The first one did not work. I received a warning on my digital screen. The second one did. Wrong plug?
