Rough calc on that says your Mrs is driving somewhere between 100 and 150 miles/day?

I think she needs to change a bit more than the car???

6th form for youngest is 12 miles each way. Frequently has just one lesson in the morning and then 3 hour gap till afternoon lessons. So that’s there & back 4 times in a day! It’s a pleasant 14 minute drive.

Last year due to house move & daughter staying at old school for exams it was 25 miles each way to school.

No that response wasn't for you..... that was because someone was comparing different items and therefore coming to the conclusion that diesel is cheap, ignoring all the costs / staffing associated with running a public house..........

Now beer £5 plus ( except in Spoons ) Diesel £2. It’s cheap !
