Hi all,
About a month ago, I took out my bench seat and drawer so I could move some big items. Now I am reinstalling the beach seat and I found this part and can’t recall what it is ans where it was located? I believe it goes in one of the bench tracks in the floor but I don’t see a hole to screw it in. Does anyone happen to know what and where this item goes? Thanks in advance. Laurent.

It goes inside the rail to limit bench travel along the rail. Turning the screw lifts the tab to jam it against the inside upper rail to lock it in place.

Thanks! I only seem to have one, are there supposed to be these devices for all three rails. If only one do you know which rail and where in that rail it should be placed?

They are only fitted in the rail next to the kitchen unit.
1 in the back to stop the bench sliding too far backwards and 1 in the front to limit forward movement.

Thanks very much WelshGas, very helpful info!

I had to buy that, makes pulling the bench to the right position for the bed a doddle.

That's what i figured, I'll put the bench up so it totally reclines to the metal grill and put the piece in the track at that location!

Drawing a line in pencil on the rail cover is just as effective for alignment & leaving the stopper out lets you expand the boot space when needed .

Thanks, i'll give that a try first and save the piece in case!
