EHC not working?

We are away for our first night in our 2008 California and we can’t get the electric hook up to work. Is there a way to tell if we have power coming in to the vehicle? As far as I can tell the campsite side is ok, the breakers at that end and in the van are switched on. I think there should be a symbol on the display?

Try and borrow a fellow campers cable to elimate your cable as the fault.

Some campsites you have to rotate your plug on the site plug in a few degrees has caught me out in the past

Symbol on display bottom right hand corner plug symbol, might be worth plugging something in 240 socket to see if there’s any power.
