I have a 2024 GC680, just had to cut short a trip because the central display unit and the Truma heating display unit both stopped working which also meant the heating stopped working. On checking the fuses I found the 1 amp fuse in the Technical cupboard had blown so I put in a new one. Both displays lit up for less than a minute and the fuse blew again. Has anyone else had this problem please? I've booked in a warranty repair with VW in Norwich in a couple of weeks but it would be handy if I could help them sorting it out.

Thank you very much, merci beaucoup! I will let you know what they say at the VW garage.

Hi There, How did it go at the garage? I'm currently experiencing the same problem. Both screens have gone black. I replaced the 1A fuse, and now the top screen works, but not the bottom one. I'm going to check if it's getting power to it. Is that a good idea? If so, I might need a new Truma bottom screen… Do you have any advice or suggestions from you issue?
