Adblue - where are fellow T6 owners getting topped up

Interested in your Adblue consumption.
My 204 bi turbo Ocean has covered 8500 miles from new in a year and the ad blue tank has a further range of 9500 miles with a top up amount of around 10 to 12 litres. I have owned from new and this is the AdBlue supplied with the vehicle and no top up by me.

My 2018 150bhp Ocean used 10 litres of Adblue in around 3000 to 3500 miles.

This one 8500 miles same driver, same use why the big difference and half your T6.1’s consumption?

My 2019 t6 150 does around 5500mile per 10 litre fill.

Think I’ll be going to B&Q three times :thumb
Just watch for the shelf life, it can be as low as 6 months. Don’t know what issue ( if any ) there is with aged Adblue :Nailbiting

From Redex (Manufacturer site)
“AdBlue® has an 18-month shelf life from date of manufacture if it is kept out of sunlight and below 25°C. If it is kept below 17°C and out of direct sunlight it will have a 24-month shelf life. Once the bottle has been opened, any remaining AdBlue® will have a shorter shelf life as it has been exposed to the atmosphere.”

Just an update
£10 for 10 litres B&Q finest AdBlue
The batch at my store was made 02/10/2025, so I laid down another 10 litres for next years top up.
The 10 litres was just right, range now 18,000 miles and full AdBlue tank.
£10 for a years emission control.

Yep, did the same.
Stuck one tub in and another in the shed. Although my Merc likes to be fed every 4000 miles…..:headbang

I bought 5 x 5 litre ones earlier this year when they had them for £4. Bargain.
