Idea for securing a cable

Hello everyone, I’m looking for some advice from the DIYers out there. I have the charging cable for my EcoFlow unit running from the battery under the seat to the EcoFlow battery in the trunk. I’d like to secure it along the kitchen unit; I was advised to use a specific double-sided tape, but unfortunately, it isn't holding—the cable might be a bit too stiff. Do you have any suggestions? I’d like a neater, more aesthetic look than just having a loose, moving cable.

Self adhesive Velcro cable tidy - readily available and inexpensive

Not a direct answer to your question, but could you route the cable inside the back of the cupboard along the side of the van and then into the load area where you keep your EcoFlow battery?

Thanks, but I'm not sure I'll manage to bend it around the corner of the unit... I'll check if there are any bendable cable ducts available.

Not a direct answer to your question, but could you route the cable inside the back of the cupboard along the side of the van and then into the load area where you keep your EcoFlow battery?

At first I wanted to, but I couldn't figure out how to route the cable under the floor (to avoid drilling through the cabinet plinth), and then it was the same issue with the storage compartment. But it's a good idea for someone who's better at DIY!

Does it connects directly to the battery under the seat or does it have a feed to the alternator?

The black cable visible in my photo belongs to the alternator charger; it is rigid, and I would like to glue or fasten it against the baseboard of the kitchen unit.

I don't see how to do this without drilling, which I think is a shame. Do you know if the plinth unclips? I can't find that information.

There is, in an Ocean, under the rear cupboard, forward of the combined gas locker and water tank, which is omitted in the Beach...I think.

I suggest you go and have a look. Base of the rear wardrobe is an inspection flap. Open it and you will see the 2nd leisure battery with the Mains EHU charger above it.
Unless of course you don't actually own a genuine VW California Coast.

Drilling isn't required. You'll find instructions in this forum and others on how it's done. I haven't done it myself, I connect to the rear battery.
