Advice please Dash warning messages Ocean 2022

Thank you for the reply.
Will now have to cancel the MOT and rebook for sorting the lights.

So apologies for not updating….. mine went into the dealer…. No faults showing on diagnostic, sensors had a wipe over on front and all has been ok since fortunately so I don’t know whether one sensor triggered others!!

The safety systems depend on 4 functioning ABS sensors. If 1 has a hiccup then all those systems shutdown and Warning lights displayed.

I suspect the "wipe" over was not a physical cleaning , more of a Clearing of the fault codes from the ECU.
I did wonder, but as they’ve never reappeared must be a Cali gremlin…

Thank you for all your replies. They are very much appreciated.
The van is in for its MOT later this week, but first they will be sorting the fault lights.
I'll report back on their findings.

Thanks again. Great club!

Chris.

Just to add to the confusion I had similar warnings about acc unavailable etc and the van dropped out of cruise, pullover switch off/on and away we go for another 10 miles. Eventually got tracked to the oil level sensor in the dump, I kid you not. Still don’t understand why

Update on warning lights issue.
Turns out that one of the wheel sensors and the magnetic encoder ring are faulty.
This requires a replacement sensor and wheel hub with its integral encoder ring.

Despite 4 days of waiting, the VW ALL IN ONE cover finally approved the repair. Definitely worth the frustrating wait.
Just waiting for a call from VW to say your van is ready.
Finger crossed, no more amber lights until the next one!

Thanks for reading this thread.

GRRRR! Just had a call from VW saying they will not be able to complete the repair today as promised. Apparently, a tool they use for undertaking part of the work has broken, and a replacement is not available until tomorrow. More excuses and frustrating delays.

The tool probably didn't turn up for work !
Complete BS
