I’ve used the beach T7 camper before, but now I’m having a new issue.

Last night, even after turning on the camp mode, while the car was off, no heating was comming through nor did the stationary a/c work.

Advice on any settings or functions I should turn on or off?

I was not plugged into an electrical charge nor was the hybrid battery full.

The secondary battery was full though.

You have 2 systems.

Camping. If you have the Option of the Parking Heater, see label on B pillar Webasto or Eberspacher, then this is controlled via the Camping Control Panel and gives heat only. You must have at least 1/4 tank of fuel.

Vehicle. Switch on Infotainment screen and press AirCon icon. This will run for about 30mins at the set temperature and then switch off. You can repeat this until the computer says No. This depends on the EV battery having sufficient charge.
