Hi we are thinking about getting a PHEV Hybrid Cali and wonder if anyone has experience of using the zircon when parked/camping?

We have dog so it's important that the van is kept at a reasonable temperature when we are camping or parked for long periods. How long does the zircon work when the van is not plugged in?

Following as I have not worked this out either. There is the auxiliary heater you can set to continuous or not which becomes time limited. Only used that in cold weather. Works very well. Cooling wise unsure!

It will totally depend on the capacity of the EV battery. The EV battery cannot be run down to Zero capacity because the PHEV Hybrid cannot start the IC engine without the EV motor being powered.

Also interested in real world experience here. Nice to know I have it but after 7 years with T6 conversion previously and no ability to adequately vent the van when camping, leaving the roof canopy mesh open has made a world of difference to us in keeping the van at a reasonable temp (once we remembered to double press the door lock to turn off internal monitoring )! Also two side window vents!

Currently in southern France heading to Italy so had high temps but van has been quite pleasant temp.
