Yes. Yellow is warning, carry on but seek help soonest. Red is stop. Seek help now.

Probably a failed abs wheel sensor (so not too expensive to fix). Just be careful and leave a bit more distance in case you need to brake suddenly.

I wasn't long into a Scandinavian trip when the ABS, traction control & ACC all lit up, also lost power steering too. It was intermittent and I tried booking into VW at Stavanger & Bergen but didn't want to hang around for available dates. Lost story short, decided just to continue with cautious driving and after 2700 miles arrived to home with simple ABS replacement at my local garage. Now all good.

Sorry to hear about that. Just so you (and anyone else) who doesn’t know, the ABS sensor warning light also means the Wind Assist system also isn’t working. So, if it’s really windy/gusting and you’re travelling above, say, 60, and the wind is side on, you might also be surprised when the Van heads off into another lane on a motorway or worse if you’re on a B road. When it happened to us, I slowed down a little and whilst you could really feel it, it was much more controllable. A rare, but scary event. I didn’t even know that the Van’s came with that, but then, there’s a fair amount of side to them.
My other front sensor went a few months afterwards, I read on here that when one goes the rest follow suit in fairly short order so I got the back two replaced at the next service, quick and not as pricey as I’d feared. Our local VW van specialist, VanTech, did it whilst I wait.
