Hi all
I have a used T6.1 Cali. I'd like to find the part number or name of the piece on the dash. If it's not too expensive, I'd like to replace it.

I did a search on here but couldn't find what it's called. Help much appreciated. Cheers all.

Possible solution:

or splash out:

Many thanks for that @Viktorgeorge . I don't think I'll splash out for this one!
I just got shocked at how much fitted sheets are for the beds! Don't think I'll be buying those either!

This is probably my most hated part of the T6.1. The dash is such a waste of space, nothing really fits on that shelf and the even smaller counterpart on the driver's side is even more pointless. Why didn't they just make the upper shelf or glove box bigger?

The shallow trays on top of the dash is equally pointless, pretty much anything you put in there reflects off the windscreen. A proper lidded compartment on top would have been so much more useful.

Like the T7.

Like the T7.

Which T7 (there's lots of confusion over whether that is the Multivan, the Transporter or both) though? Not that I changing anytime soon, but the Multivan California is too small for my needs and the VW aren't doing a California based on the Transporter.

Anyway, I was thinking more like the T6 comfort dash, even better with the bottle store below the gear stick.

Life is all about compromise.

Well @Kennnyboy, I suspect that if you get the answer to your post #1, you might find the insert(s) in #2 to be favourable by comparison.

For the upper bed, the mattress fits inside a single duvet cover. So works out quite cheap.

Fitted sheet wise I've got a couple from Dunelm Mill - their small double size fits both beds perfectly. Think they were about £7 each in the sale, but not much more full price.
