But isn’t that the reason you move from a tent to a van?It is I love it but Mrs Chuckle has now decided that camping isn't for her![]()

I did try that first but Autotrader rejected my advert for breaching their guidelines !!!New wife an option?
Thanks for all your guidance, I'll get some proper photos and get it on here. I did think of that but when I searched there was only categories for VW Calis & Grand Californias. I just need to get some decent tidy photos. I really appreciate your insight as you always seem very knowledgeable where Westfalia is concerned. From past experience and watching westys pop up for sale, I would say 90% of the nearly new/year old ones always end up going back to a westy dealer.
So I would give them all a bell and see who offers you best price.
Good luck with the sale, you may be lucky
Once it’s advertised on here, do a post about it too (they won’t mind if you’ve paid for an ad), good chance you may find a Cali owner wanting bigger. Thanks for all your guidance, I'll get some proper photos and get it on here. Try it again in 2/3 weeks and it will be back up.We Buy Any Car just dropped 20% off valuation on a T6.1 I’ve been keeping an eye on.
Odd.
Have you tried in again lately? I’m sure mine has gone up 5k in the last few weeks. I didn’t screenshot my last WBAC valuation! Some very interesting (Cali) asking prices in the for sale section.
Yeah, that’s what I got today.Mine has gone back up about £3k. In fact the reminder email even said the price had gone up.

Think WBAC is an interesting baseline. But it mostly tracks the recent auction market, so a bit random for as niche a vehicle as a California.WBAC valuation has gone up as usual at this time of year.
24/24, 204hp Ocean. 7500 miles.
£61025.

I have contacted the supplying dealer for a bid, as they are looking for stock for summer.
Indeed.Breeze?

I just had a chat with him by coincidence.Speak to Sam Braithwaite (at Braithwaites). Very nice chap and gave a strong bid on my 24 plate Ocean. I sold privately for not much more, would have very happily sold to Sam had that not completed.

Out of interest, what was the % difference between his bid and the private sale if you don't mind me asking?
