Anyone that knows about a suitable waterboiler for T6.1 California ,about 500ml. From what I’ve learnt so far is that 300W is max?

Seems to be fine with my OEM inverter. However I did switch the supplied UK plug cable with a continental plug cable: which I had from some other device, though they can be bought online if necessary:
