Trying to connect my t6.1 to the vw app I get to the point that I have to press the unlock buttons on the keys and nothing happens. Has anyone else got this to work?

To check your We Connect Plus status, use the Volkswagen app by navigating to Vehicle > Contracts and Validity Period. You can also check via the myVolkswagen website in the "Garage" section, or directly on the car's infotainment screen under We Connect settings. [1, 2]I don't think so how can I check?
