Admired from the river many years ago (on one of the boat trips) and never forgotten.

Hi, yes that’s the one great spot, almost every pitch is riverside. 10m on bus into town, Supermarket 200m away. Shower block not the best but functional. We have had unbelievable weather though, 25c, blue skies no rain for last 8 days!

Our first time at Highlands End last week. Can see why its used for meets.
What a beautiful site, very tidy, nicely laid out, pretty level pitches, great views and a bar!!

Oh and the sound of the waves on the beach when all is still is just the most relaxing thing ever.

Isle of Skye has been amazing over the last week. Weather has been very kind, which always helps.
Some roads are tiny, with biggest potholes I have ever seen. Doesn’t seem to be putting off the ‘great whites’ though!

Nice colour! (well I would say that wouldn’t I). Having just come back from Iceland I am of the opinion that apart from no glaciers, icebergs or volcanic activity they look pretty much the same! Skye has much the same beautiful nature and is considerably easier and cheaper to get to in the van
We love Skye.
