This was my first (ever) sleepover in my van, or any van. I did a Britstop at the Swan in Little Totham in Essex; a very friendly locals pub. Parking is tucked away, flat and hard. All done, a successful first outing.

That's what you get at 2300m above sea level. I remember having to leave water in the en-suite bowl or wake up in the night due to thirst as such high altitude there. Lovely ski-in, ski-out skiing though!

At Shellybanks Beach in Dublin (or the “sewage beach” as the kids call it after Dublin City Council’s brilliant idea of building the country’s largest sewage treatment center right on the beach at one of the most scenic location in Dublin and in the middle of a natural reserve leading to the place stinking of Poo poo half of the time when the wind is blowing in the wrong direction. Lovely place all the same).

Haha no went to the Brook house inn for a shandy instead after our hike around. Was treated to the RAF jets flying around and even managed a swim near Gill force as the water was so inviting.
