What a difference 2 weeks makes - in our 3 week tour we saw practically no midges at all !

We stayed on an actual site, but a LOT of folks were overnighting on the beach at black-rock sands (north Wales)
had a lovely day there. Parked up on the beach early doors in the morning, having the van meant a much nicer beach experience with hot food, shade, beds for the kids, however now I have 48hrs of cleaning to try and get all the sand out the van!
