Great idea if they don’t charge silly prices.

it's a great spot for an overnight stop, used it many times, lovely sunsets but it can get very windy as it's a bit exposed. The plan is for 66 bays for the recreational vehicles at the Coire na Ciste car park, sadly free parking will stop once that opens, let's hope it does not fill with great whites.

Its a good stop but does catch the wind, it is however less windy than the Corrie Was carpark that gets all the SW and West winds ! Its much more pleasant with the Cali putting boots on than standing outside.
In winter its common for the road to not open till 9-10am if it been snowy so watch the forecast as the gates at Glenmore are locked !

Yep warming up this week, and the snow on the slopes is crap. I’m glad I didn’t bring my board, but still great hiking weather.
