I’m doing the NC 500 from Tuesday, starting east cost first. Well the weather is looking average at this moment.

I’m doing the NC 500 from Tuesday, starting east cost first. Well the weather is looking average at this moment.

If you go slow enough the midges may have gone by the time you get round the other side! I kept finding dead little midges in my old cali for ages.
Don’t stick to the main route it’s good to explore.
I think you may find it pretty busy on the nc500 I’ve seen lots of campers/Motorhome bomb through the braemar pass (glad they don’t know what there missing!).

Just a short trip to Torpa stenhus. A house owned by the same family for 600 years:

Onward to Hofsnäs where me and a friend slept in our own vans. Luxurious to have your own van to sleep in.
