Back in the late 80s I spent a season in Les Deux Alpes. I had a 4x4 Panda which I peddled back and forth over the Laurteret to see my girlfriend in Serre Chev. Good times

Do you know, I also lived the Les Deux Alpes for a season when I was a ski manager for Crystal, lived near the Du Diable lift (red eggs), and when the Gap / Briancon road was closed I often had to take the Col to see my reps in other resorts. Stunning and such good memories!

Hello. It’s on the edge of Narberth. Sort of holiday park thing that’s clean and tidy. I usually prefer something more rustic but the misses insisted and I’m for the easy life! Hoping to cook a roast lamb, spuds etc by the beach on Sunday. Even got the mint sauce in! If it goes Pete Tong there’s always the pub!

Sadly not - I have to go up in the poptop as he insists on sleeping on the downstairs bed with my wife! This was him 10 secs after I put up my comfy recliner ready for a wee snooze in the sun... The tent is a £40 bike tent from Halfords- perfect for dumping a load of gear in, and packs down pretty small.
