Victron Smart Shunt - where to install?

I have t6.1 ocean, I put 2x 314ah lithium batt to replace the original 2x 75ah AGM.
The 2 batteries' positive are connected directly.
The 2 batteries' negative are connected via their own vw original battery monitor module and onto chassis metal each.

So in that case you can not use a single Victron shunt to monitor both battery's combined current unless you use a thick like 4 awg wire parallel connect 2 batteries' negative then you can go into a single shunt.

Otherwise, I just removed the 2x original vw factory battery monitor module as they are useless now and replace them with 2x victron smart shunt.

Why remove the 2x original vw factory battery monitor module?
Because now I have 628ah instead of 150ah of leisure, without changing the central control panel's registered battery capacity, it will charge to full no problem, but when it discharges it will go down very quickly as it's only registering 150ah of capacity rather than 628. So now I just use phone to check the soc and it's accurate
We are looking for upgrading to a T6.1.
I understand that the T6.1 has two separate shunts on each of the domestic batteries, is that correct?
If we go for a T6.1, I want to replace the two AGM batteries by 2x 100Ah LiFePO4 the control panel will not show a correct SOC. Can the control panel be re-configured for the correct LiFePO4 SOC?

I'm pretty confident the answer is no, so I would recommend putting a SmartShunt on each and using your phone, and/or some other 3rd party screen / control panel.

in that case the best is cut down the 2x VW battery monitors and just wire the black ground wire directly onto the battery negative. Use victron shunt and phone to check SOCs. I don't think there is easy way to change the leisure battery AH number to the original control panel.

This is what I did at least, now the control panel just showing a frozen 12.7V 0A display, completely static. I just use phone app to check soc

You have to disconnect the 2x orignal battery monitor , either disconnect the thin red wire or just cut and redo a clamp (cleaner). If you keep the original battery monitor and use 100ah battery each. The control panel will show you are low soc and could shut everything down when you still have 35ah left on each batt
