Using Household Aircon Unit In Cali on Hook Up

Does anyone use a portable household air con unit in their Cali on hook up? Traveled to Spain many times with one dog but got new dog.. worried about nighttime heat for her..

What unit did you use?
Site it on floor?
Any information really appreciated…

Ecoflow Wave but it’s massive for the Cali, worked better in the bigger van I had before.
You still need to route the hot air outside of course.

Technically it’s just an electrical appliance. As long as the site post draw limits are higher than the draw from the air-con would work fine. That can vary site to site, especially in Spain.
