Can anybody help?

I recently replaced the fascia on my control unit in my T6. However, on powering up, I ended up with a blank screen. I’ve checked all the connections and also a hard reset on the van where I disconnected the neutrals from both leisure batteries.
I’m worried I might have shorted something and knackered the unit…..
Does anybody know anyone who can repair these things or where I could buy a used or refurbished one?

A new unit is about £900 from VW.
2nd hand units come up on eBay etc.
This company does repairs.

BUT have you made sure the connections, all three, are properly seated. They should be replace smallest first and the large one last.

Have you checked the fuses that serve the Control Panel? In the Resources section there are fuse diagrams for T5/6. Both use the same size fuse in the same fuse box but the actual fuse position in the box can vary between vehicles.
