TIVIZEN, where to buy and opinions??

I’m considering different options for TV, I’ll probably choose the Tablet and App route but I’ve heard the tivizen gadget is good. How much are they and where can I buy. Also, how does it work (power supply voltage? Does it work independently without Wi-Fi?)

Isnt Tivizen just an app? What‘s the difference between using that and iPlayer etc? We have a projector setup but tbh we actually don‘t use it that much, preferring to read and talk.
