Tip for removing the inspection hatch in the grey water tank

Apologies if this has already been suggested, or if it seems really obvious, but I hit upon a handy way of loosening and tightening the inspection hatch in the grey water tank. It's at the back of the cabinet, under the sink, and it can be difficult to exert the required torque (quite a lot) to remove it - and to replace it, as otherwise it can leak.

I just used two open-ended spanners and a screwdriver - see pic. Looks fiddly, but the whole lot locks up a bit when you apply reasonable force, and gives useful extra leverage (more than fingers and thumbs, at any rate).
