Tilting Tow Bar Bike Rack suitable for 2 x Fiido D3 Pro Mini e-bikes

Hi, has anyone found a suitable tow bar mounted and tilting bike rack for a VW T6.1 California Ocean that is compatible with the Fiido D3 Pro mini e-bikes. I’m concerned that the bike rack arms to secure the bikes to the rack frame won’t reach the compact frame of these cycles. Do the arms expand? Anyone any experience to share? Thanks in advance.
