Three pin plug on side of Drivers seat

Hi all just checking because I have just come back from a trip for 4 days without hook up and the 3 pin plug on side of drivers seat would not work is this correct.

That’s strange, it should work via an inverter off the batteries (but only up to 300w)

Yeah, I understand it's intention is for when you're not on hook-up.
