I wouldn't be too sure that they'll be a stampede. There is lots of stock of "T7" s and we are heading into winter. I've spoken to dealers and there of plenty of new dealer orders about to land too.

It's also a diesel. Never regarded as a problem with the last of the T6s where the petrol had only been available as a bit of an experiment. Now the petrol and hybrid models are both mainstream with the T7\multivan, I think diesel is looking a bit old hat, particularly for something that traditionally has to hold its value for such a very long time.

The hybrid seems riddled with problems perhaps an old fashioned diesel would be a very good idea

Hmmmmm..........not sure. Not stacked in the dealers favour at the moment, a few to chose from and coming into winter. Plus the impeding budget

Actually good point.... there is 31k to be had off a Burstner Gallery and at £79k I think it cheap as expensive chips for a £110k RRP motorhome. They are still available

Yet a 22 plate Ocean with 25k miles at the same dealer is 8 grand less than the T7. Answers on a postcard please.

The Burstner Elisio 644 is a great next van up from a Cali (a boot, rear lounge and drop down bed on 6.4m Ducato). Plenty on dealer's forecourts at £79.9k against a list of £84k. Burstner have just revamped their model range and the similarly equipped new B66 version (auto) is £66k! The dealers don't know what to do!

Just think manufactures/dealers have got carried away with making so many £100k+ vans now that’s hell of a lot of money for camping 4-10wks a year.
They look amazing but just to many at that price point to scare off buyers

A retirement present.....for 2026 (maybe early 27 if I cant extract myself due to comittments ). Want to travel. Norway / Sweden / Poland / Denmark / France / Spain / Germany / Switerland / Italy.......and back up to Scotland etc........ I like the Dethleffs Globebus Crafter 4x4 but not the layout. We prefer living space over fixed beds.

Just seen this and assumed was plus VAT, but no - it really is a used T7 Ocean for under £67k! I bet that sells fast...

It looks good value against some car prices.
I went to look at replacing my car and it’s twice the price of this.
I’m struggling to justify replacing it, cars seem so expensive.

Sounds great is there room for me!
In all seriousness do it the sooner you can, worse case is you have to go back and do some more work after an adventure. The longer you leave it the more things happen in life to stop you.:thumb

That's why we're getting a new beach instead of a car, it's about £80 a month more on the PCP than our current Skoda! The lower depreciation makes a huge difference

I'm toying with the idea of a bigger van for next year, the dealer premium over list for physical vans is quite shocking especially with lead times being much less for a new order... that Covid gold rush is long gone
