Hello, I’ve been the proud owner of a 2014 T5.1 California Beach 2.0 TDI for the past three years. Recently, the 12V socket by the upper bed has stopped working. As far as I understand, all the fuses for the living area battery are located under the driver’s seat. All the fuses seem to be fine. Perhaps I need to replace the 12V socket or something. Does anyone know how to remove and replace it?

Did you check the 15amp fuses visually or with a multimeter?
Visually doesn't always work.

Are you 100% sure it is the socket ? Cigarette lighter connector often also have a fuse inside, did you test what you plugged in on other socket ?
