Tap Trouble

Tap trouble! No water coming through and no idea how to fix it. Can anyone recommend anywhere or anyone Staffordshire area or surrounding!
Could be anything - worked intermittently now nothing. It clicks when turned on but no noise from pump and no sign of water.

Have you got the shower at the back. If so check that works then you know the pump is ok. If that’s ok it’ll be the electrical contacts in the tap itself. I had the same problem.

No I don’t have the shower unfortunately. Was that a new tap?

That’s one way todo it but I cleaned the contacts in the tap. It’s only a temporary fix though as the power going through the tap contacts is too much so even a new tap will fail eventually. I did this contact cleaning 3 times over a few months. I fitted a relay under the sink and put the supply through it to reduce the load on the tap contacts. I got all the wiring details on this site and is very easy to do. Cost me less than £10 for everything. I have never had an issue with the tap since

there is wiring under the sink , check if connector connecting tap to pump sits firmly.
check if pump works fine when short circuiting left side of connection (white wires)
this way you know it is a pump or tap problem.
if it is a pump problem , the pump maybe blocked or disconnected elsewhere
do you see current load on control panel rising when pump is activated ?

I suppose the water tank is filled ?

Thanks will give this a go. Yh filled the water up. Other than that I’m a novice
