Software Update on continuous loop

Anyone experiencing this with the latest release? I keep pressing the update button. It then says updated. Then a few minutes later says update available. The release note is identical.

Yes it's been going probably 2 months now, must have had around 20 "successful" updates all worded the same "shop"

Yep mine is doing it and it "shop" too, any ideas anyone?

I think the solution is yet to be found. Perhaps a visit to a VW dealer is necessary? That will be my next move, in the absence of a solution being found and posted here. But I will probably leave it to my next service:
