Maybe. However, I wasn't one of those and as stated earlier, I had updated 2-3 weeks ago.Probably sent to all affected Owners as some may have limited the Privacy Settings and won't be able to receive the OTA update.
Maybe they should have sent the email when they released the update notifying owners that it would be rolled out over the next few weeks and sequence/requirements for the process.
