Small tube with sucker cup???….

Found after recent away trip on floor of van; any ideas?
Of course could be nothing to do with van.
Had van for 13 years and never seen before???

Looks like the type of tube/connector screwed to a bottle of top up oil.

Interesting.
I am now thinking the little rubber sucker is a little foot pad and the tube fits on a wire crockery holder or something like that. However, I have not got anything if that description. Mind you the Grandchildren were in and out of the vans this week end treating them like Wendy Houses.
