Shower and Tap Stopped Working

I went to use to use the shower in my camper for the first time for over a year - I filled the van with water attached the shower at the back put the switch on and it made a werring sound and then stopped and is now totally dead ( the tap inside and the shower dont work) is this likely to be a new pump as I have checked the fuse and microswitch inside is working?

I do have an extended warranty on the camper - is this covered

Just had the pump on mine replaced under warranty. Error on the overhead console came up as well as the pump failing to work.

23 ocean here. When I ran the tap after a couple of seconds an error popped up on the screen, said something like error, consult service centre. Easily sorted by the dealer under warranty. Just had to wait 6 weeks as it went on the first day of a long trip. Sod’s Law.

Thanks for the updates guys. I will give my dear a shout in the morning. Hopefully that’ll be to sort it under warranty. It’s just annoying. I wanted to use it today.

UPDATE - there was a message on the console to day pump disabled please fill with clean water - this I did clicked the shower switch and it worked - turned shower off and went inside to try tap- tap worked but when I turned it off the shower can back on and I can’t turn it off any suggestions
