Our Cali has just sold and I thought I'd just share how that went as I wasn't sure where best to advertise it. I sold it in May after 2-3 weeks. It is a 2011 T5 California Berghaus 180 SE. So, high spec. The van overall is in excellent condition with a full service history. The van was located in Aberdeenshire. I advertised it on this Forum's Cali's for Sales, FaceBook and campers4sale.co.uk then, after 10 days of almost no response, I added GumTree and Autotrader.
Getting the price right is obviously critical. Initially I advertised it at £25,500 but reduced it to £23,499 after two weeks of almost zero response. That seemed to open the flood gates and the van sold less than a week later. The buyer found the ad on Autotrader.

I note from similar threads that people have been having some issues putting an ad up on this site. I also had no end of issues wrestling with sorting out my account with Cali's for Sale entity. It needs sorting out.

Oh! I should have added. campers4sale.co.uk produced only scammers for me. Maybe an OK site but just saying.

I will talk to our web guy the problem is the program was written generically and our chap has had to re write most of it to fit our needs some things can be altered others not. Leave it with me

I suspect Cali's for Sale is a bit too user friendly. After problems setting up an account, I had problems going through the payment process to place my ad. Eventually I gave up, then discovered the ad went up anyway, without payment!!
