Replacement of 17 pin connector under the sink T5.1 California

Hi all

We are replacing the 17 pin connector found under the floor sink side of the kitchen . It is all very corroded. Wiring loom has been purchased . Fridge is out ideally will want the kitchen out as well. We are Just having trouble getting enough room / leverage to replace the part . Anyone got any hints tips words of wisdom on the matter
