Hi Bart,

A little more info.

I believe the recall only applies to those with an SKU Number starting with SKU9600
You should see this on a sticker on the side of the sink when you open the cutlery draw on the right side.

But best ask your dealer for clarification.

Hi Will,

until now 4 members of the German board could identify their number and no one was affected.
They all checked the SKU number : 96000373....

so I think the GC has no problem , let us wait and follow the thread.

Probably dealers are not aware of this Dometic recall or VW knows that all GC are not affected .

I asked my dealer about this regarding my GC600. They fixed this on a VW campaign on my car before delivery last August so all good for (me). So at least VW knows about it and probably don’t deliver any cars without fix.
