Hello everyone,
I’m new to this forum, so let me quickly introduce myself. I’m a proud owner of a T6.1 California Beach in Barcelona (Catalonia) and really happy to join this community of fellow Cali enthusiasts.
I have a question about the bike rack on the rear door (the so called "Genuine VW 4 Bike Carrier (Ver2)". During my recent vehicle inspection, the technician mentioned that when no bikes are mounted, the top brake light should be fully visible, with nothing blocking it. At the moment, the rack arms (when folded) seem to cover part of it.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to move or adjust the arms of the rack to the sides easyly so that, when not in use, they don’t obstruct the light?
Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

Here is the van :)

I believe there are posts on the Forum by a member who lived in Barcelona with the exact same problem. I think he just removed the rack for the inspection.
