Hi,

It seems I have overloaded my overhead locker, resulting in one of the hinge fixing inserts that holds it on to the ceiling / bed base, to have pulled through.
I guess I could attempt to glue the insert back in, but I was thinking of just drilling all the way through and replacing it with a nut and bolt.

I just wondered if anybody had suffered the same issue, or attempted a similar repair?

Cheers,
Mark

Thanks WelshGas, helps a little to see the layout.

It seems the insert (the knurled part) that connects to No.22 has pulled through.
I'm not sure if there would be an issue with drilling out, then nut & bolting all the way through?

I just wondered if anybody else has had the same issue or attempted a similar repair.
