Our 23 plate Ocean is plugged in at home as haven't used van for a month and batteries at 70%. Been on for over 12 hours but still at 70%. Charging light is showing in display, switches are on in rear cupboard and kettle style plug is secure. Briefly went out in it yesterday, using boost button which got it to 80%, but gone down to 70 overnight although hooked up. We also have 100W solar panel.
Anything else I can check?

Just to add I've checked the fuse on the rear battery and it appears intact. To check the under seat fuse I assume you need to remove battery? Is this possible with seat in place, looks a very small gap to get it through even with seat fully forward?

What is remaining time and current draw on control panel ? Photo if possible.
Your profile says GC 680 , you have both T6.1 ocean and Grand california ?
To gain better access to the battery under the front seat, you can unscrew it and tilt it forward. The airbag wiring must not come loose during this process. If necessary, secure the seat to the steering wheel with a strap.

Is the three pin plug on the end of the kitchen getting power?

Certainly sounds like a fuse. Have you checked the Cube Fuse/s for continuity?

The charger located above the leisure battery in rear cupboard also has a fuse.
