yes.i just move mine out the way and put it back after ive turn the seats.. plenty of storage in the sliding section. the grey one i have looks like it came with the van ive been told..

Yep, there is a Really Useful box that fits the space perfectly whilst allowing the seats to swivel and can easily be stepped over. Cheap as chips too.

True about the step over, utility and price, but I’m not sure about it fitting ‘perfectly’. The lid doesn’t easily go on to the box in my old 5.1. I haven’t tried it in my 6.1 yet, but it’s probably the same space. There is definitely an upgrade available.

In the 6.1 the RU box is a close fit between the NS seat base and handbrake, so it doesn’t slide about.
I agree though that to take off the lid the box is slid out a little which you can’t (and shouldn’t) do when driving but a passenger can.
Hence ‘perfect fit’. IMO of course
