New California owner

Hello all,
We have just bought our first California -
2011 SE180A OCEAN
It's immaculate but needs some miles and adventures as only done 18000 miles.
Step learning curve for us but this forum is amazing!

Wow-I’m no mathematician but that equates to a ballpark average of 25 miles p/wk-must be a record. Have the tyres ever been changed?

Yes, the tyres have been changed but as the side walls are cracking I am replacing them to be safe.
Plenty of things to check over before our first trip.

I have been reading so many posts, helping us no end.
Van has not been stored inside but bodywork is super clean and rust free - as far as we can tell !

Wow, sounds like a great buy. I think it would be good to be realistic and expect a few issues - tend to find the ones that get used have fewer issues - but all fixable!

Tyres and batteries are being changed first as not in a good condition.
It's going to be a project but the van is in very good condition.
