We just bought a Grand California 600 and we want to mount a TV bracket on the outside of the shower room above the bench seat. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and how did you mount it. In particular is the wall strong enough to take screws? Many thanks

I tried a search but I couldn’t find any posts that answer the issue of screwing into the wall behind/above the bench seat.

I didn’t fancy screwing into the wall so just used Velcro on the bracket. The weight of the tv is resting on the back of the bench so it is held on nicely. Just take it off when travelling. IMG_2679.jpeg

TV, birdhouse and discolight! That's quite the party van.

Each to their own, but personally getting away from electronic distractions like TVs is part of the appeal of a campervan for me. Watching people arrive on site and setting up their satelites before they have even walked around the surroundings seems a little sad to me.

As you say, each to their own. If the F1 is about to start, I will be one of those people who will arrive and set up the tv. The surroundings will still be there after the race
